We are now looking for an After Sales Contract Manager located in Malmö to join our team. Are you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for renewable energy? If so, then this is the role for you.
Your role
As an After Sales Contract Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all wind farms have a valid and profitable O&M contract during the operational period ( negotiating new contract or adjustments for existing wind farms). You will work closely with our clients, After Sales Managers, Sales Managers and various internal teams to ensure contracts are negotiated and customer satisfaction is achieved. The mission is to ensure that customer continue to have Enercon as their first choice partner for all operation and maintenance activities of wind turbines.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting After Sales Manager concerning legal and commercial terms and contractual agreements
- Drafting and negotiating contractual documents and contract amendments with customer
- Manage all aspects of after-sales service contracts, including contract negotiation, renewal and fulfillment to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Identify opportunities for upsells or cross-sells
- You report to the Head of Aftersales COE Nordics & Eastern Europe
Your profile
To succeed in this role we see that you possess a track record of successfully managing contracts within the renewable energy, favourably wind industry. You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, not only securing favorable terms but also maintaining positive relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. Effective communication is crucial, as you will need to handle complex contract terms and collaborate on agreements. A successful After Sales Contract Manager should be adept at analyzing contract terms, identifying potential issues or risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of their projects, making decisions independently and managing their workload effectively.
Other desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Economics
- High level of internal motivation
- High organizational and problem solving skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
