We are now expanding and therefore looking for a Sales Manager who will expand our business internationally. Is that you?
About the role:
We are preparing to enter a new future and want to develop our business within the pharma segment. Therefore, we are strengthening with a new role that will process our customers internationally. The role will focus on developing our existing customers but above all on new customer processing and the main task is to plan, develop and create customer relationships, but also to reach personal sales targets towards defined segments and markets. This role must also develop and implement sales plans and sales strategies towards customers in line with the strategic goals set by the sales management. As Sales Manager at Tectubes, you have total responsibility for your pharma segment within your product group and geographic area. To help you, you have competent and experienced colleagues in the company, and you are expected to collaborate closely with production and R&D. You will report to the Sales Director and start from Emballator Tectubes office and plant in Åstorp.
Your work assignments:
- Carry out exploration, development and sales towards the pharma internationally selected areas as North and South America and Aisia.
- Responsible for finding and developing leads and prospects in the Healthcare & Cosmetic segment according to traditional search via the internet, fairs, industry forums, competitors, etc. Potential agents, wholesalers and distributors must also be identified and processed.
- Carry out sales according to the agreed budget by phone, email, social media, exhibitions and visits. Calculate and quote according to requests from existing and new customers.
- Identify and develop a network of agents, wholesalers and retailers who will sell the company's products internationally.
Furthermore, we see that the Sales Manager-pharma must keep up-to-date on competitors, market trends and new products within pharma. You must also, through customer and market information, be involved and driving in the exciting development of the company's offer towards the pharma segment.
Our expectations for a successful candidate:
You have a great interest and passion for doing business. You are driven and enjoy working with new customer processing, while at the same time you have the stamina to work with long decision-making processes. You create a stable and trust-building work environment by acting openly and responsibly with your sales. You are persuasive, communicative and clear and are used to working with goals, follow-up and long decision-making processes in a technical environment. You will primarily have contact with the customers' purchasing function, but to be successful it is important to also create contact with its Marketing and R&D functions. To be successful in the role, it is required that you work up a good understanding of sales and the market but also have the ability to understand technical problems. You will be faced with complex questions from our customers and it is therefore especially important to have a good relationship with the customer to understand their challenges in depth. Experience from the packaging industry and/or the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industry as advantageous, but not a requirement.
