Are you ready for a new opportunity? We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative! 

Your future role
As a Neoss Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Daily tasks include answering customer calls and emails and providing a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner. This includes selling/placing orders for Neoss products, resolving billing concerns, troubleshooting issues such as returns and warranties, and assisting the warehouse manager when required. This position is also the driving force behind the implementation and growth of the webstore. 

Some of your tasks will be: 

  • Answering phone calls in a timely manner, answering questions, or directing customers to the right person to get support.

  • Process orders and provide product/technical support.
  • Process payments, and answer questions about customer statements and account balances.
  • Work on call campaigns to help generate sales.
  • Support with inventory count in the warehouse.
  • Log all communication and activity into the CRM system. 

Special requirements: 
Fluency in English is a must for this position since the position supports the UK&I market. Fluency in Swedish is also a requirement. The working hours will match the costumer service hours for the UK&I market entity, expected to be 9am to 6pm CET. This position reports to the Marketing Manager UK&I, located in the UK. This position will be located in the Neoss Norden office in Gothenburg.
