We are now looking for a Sales Manager located in Stockholm or Malmö. In this position you will have end-to-end responsibility for customer acquisitions and tender. Your role
As Sales Manager at ENERCON, you run both large and small sales projects ranging from individual plants to large wind farms. You are responsible for driving sales from the first inquiry to the completed contract. The tasks involved in the sales process vary depending on the stage. They encompass a range of activities, starting from project analyses and profitability calculations to preparing requests for quotes, service agreements, presentations to the final contract negotiations. As Sales Manager you collaborate with many different departments both in Sweden and internationally. Travel is required mainly in the Nordics but also travel to Germany and our head office in Aurich. You represent ENERCON at fairs and industry days.

Your profile
You have a background in the wind energy sector and has a personal interest in technical solutions. You are capable of handling multiple deadlines and possess the ability to understand customers' needs and enjoy developing long-term business relationships. As the sales process can be long, you are solution-focused while being structured and professional. Above all, you are ambitious and empathetic, always willing to view things from the customer's perspective and comprehend the unique driving forces behind each business. Key skills include self-motivation, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in complex technical sales projects. 

Other desired qualifications include:
  • Bachelor degree in technical or economical field or equivalent
  • Proficiency with office applications and SAP, aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Fluent in Swedish and English 
  • Willingness to travel
