Nederman is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager - After Sales Nordics s to join our team, operating throughout the Nordics region and collaborating with our offices in Germany.
Your role:
As the primary point of contact for the Mikropul portfolio in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway), you will be responsible for driving sales of air filtration products, including equipment, services, and spare parts. Your role will involve managing the aftermarket business, including retrofits, services, and spare parts, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Mikropul organization and closely interact with our German office.

Your role:
As the primary point of contact for the Mikropul portfolio in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway), you will be responsible for driving sales of air filtration products, including equipment, services, and spare parts. Your role will involve managing the aftermarket business, including retrofits, services, and spare parts, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Mikropul organization and closely interact with our German office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical sales for air filtration products (equipment, service, and spare parts) within the Nordics region.
- Manage and develop aftermarket services, retrofits, and spare parts for defined market segments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key markets in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
- Collaborate with the Mikropul team and report on sales progress while maintaining strong communication with the German organization.
Your profile
- Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical sales experience, ideally in engineered equipment, with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency with computerized systems and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (3-4 days per week) within the Nordics region.
Desired skills and competencies:
- Team player with the ability to support colleagues and work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- IT literate and comfortable with technical sales environments.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Technical knowledge in air filtration, mechanical systems, or gas management is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Engineering background within a related technical discipline (Electrical, Mechatronic, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering).
- An academical degree is meriting but not a must.
- Fluent in English and Swedish
