Your Role
As district manager, your main task will be to expand Aviko's position in the Danish HoReCA segment: cafes, burger bars, restaurants and local fast food in Zealand especially in the capital area. We expect you to live in central Zeeland close to the capital.
Your main responsibilities will include establishing new customer relationships as well as nurturing existing, and managing sales planning, strategy, and follow-up.
Through relationship-building sales, you manage to get to know the customer's business and create value for the customer through inspiration and application development.
This is an independent and flexible position where you get plenty of opportunity to plan your daily routine with support and good sparring from your colleagues, it involves travels. You are included in the Aviko Nordic team and report to Country Manager Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Aviko's position within the Danish HoReCA market.
  • Develop relationships with key customers, including end-users and wholesalers.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities with new customers and channels.
  • Propose new products and inspirational menus for both new and existing customers.
  • Organizing customer demos and mass activities.

This role is integral to Aviko’s mission to remain a leading player in the HoReCa industry and achieve our strategic goals in Denmark.

Your Profile
We are looking for a self-driven and motivated person with experiences from the Danish market.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the HoReCa sector.
  • Proficiency in working with forecasts, customer plans, business plans and projects.
  • Business-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused.
  • You are good at putting things into systems and disciplined in following up on your own completed initiatives.
  • You are a distinct self-starter and take responsibility for achieving the goals set for the position.
  • Driven, passionate, quality-conscious, and a structured team player.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license
Experiences from the restaurant industry is beneficial.
