Global Sales Manager - Marine Sales Team
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in Marine Engineering and proven sales experience. In this global role, you will maintain and expand our market position by identifying and pursuing opportunities worldwide. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts effectively, and developing strategic action plans to meet sales targets. You will also need to understand customer needs to offer tailored, compelling solutions.

Your responsibilities include presenting our product offerings to key customer personnel, constructing advanced equipment packages and standalone products, and traveling worldwide to meet customers. You will also handle technical quotations, compile technical proposals, and manage the entire sales process from start to finish. At our Malmö office, you will be part of a dynamic team of 10 sales professionals who are eager to share their knowledge and energy.

Main Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Experienced Sales Manager with a strong track record in achieving business results.
- Technical Proficiency:  High technical aptitude to create detailed technical proposals based on customer requirements.
- Business Development:  Eager to grow the business and close deals while ensuring required profit margins.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in both technical and commercial negotiations, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team-building capacity and ability to operate within a high-performing team based on trust.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in marine engineering is an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Education:
- University/Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering)
