Your role:
As Head of Quality at HANZA you will:
-Lead the development and implementation of Quality Strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
- Mentor and support our global Quality team, guiding them in the execution of quality projects and initiatives.
- Foster the professional growth of the Quality Managers out in the regions and empower them to reach their full potential.
- Strengthen our HSEQ management systems and maintain our Multi-Site Certifications with pride.
- Collaborate with the HANZA Leadership Team to conduct Management Reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to local quality organizations as needed.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within our Group.
- Plan and deliver effective training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Exercise decision-making authority within budgetary constraints and in accordance with our approval matrix.
- Collaborate with certification bodies to ensure compliance and certification renewal.
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions related to HSEQ performance.
- Guide the work of our Global Supplier Quality Manager.
- Request performance reporting from Quality Managers to monitor progress and ensure accountability.

You can either be based at our site in Töcksfors or in Årjäng.

Your profile:
Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for quality management? We're seeking a proactive and collaborative leader with strong communication and organizational skills. Join us and become an integral part of our team!
Theoretical Requirements: Hold an academic degree in engineering or a related field. Possess ISO 9001 Lead auditor training and a valid driving license.
Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Practical Requirements: Bring at least five years of experience as a Quality Manager to the table. Demonstrate competence in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Knowledge of contract manufacturing and international experience are assets.
