Your future role 

In the role, you will collaborate with international customers and suppliers to develop products in existing and potential projects. To thrive in the role, you must have experience in mechanical product development and leading groups of mechanical engineers to achieve set goals (time, quality and cost).You will also be responsible for customized coupling products that we develop for one of our most important customers. The work is mainly carried out in project form, in close collaboration with other departments and with international customers and suppliers.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a university/civil engineering degree and 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development. You have to be able to express yourself freely both orally and in writing in English. Preferably you are used to working with complex systems (multidisciplinary areas and / or with subsystem interaction) and have experience from leading a group of mechanical engineers. Ideally you have a genuin interest in technology, are driven, structured and have good communication skills. To thrive in this role we see that you have good problem solving skills and an interest in working with international stakeholders.
